Wanted to write and share some happy news – I won a triathlon on 9/19, the Buzzards Bay Sprint Triathlon. I was the first female to finish. My first ever “win” overall. So incredibly grateful for a pain-free wrist that allowed me to swim in the ocean ,take off my wetsuit easily after the swim, bike fast without pain switching gears and the run hard to the finish (didn’t use my hands for the run portion but I was set up well for a great finish :))
Again.. THANK YOU for the plan that we went forward with – it has made a huge difference in my life
My husband even said to me today “you haven’t talked about your wrist pain in a really long time” he’s right .
